Who we’re looking for

We're looking for someone excited by our vision, eager for a challenge, and ready to learn on the job. The Marketing Lead will play a key role in driving Focal's marketing efforts, working closely with our marketing advisor and executive team on planning and executing various marketing campaigns as we scale up.

What you’ll do

Content & storytelling

• Create compelling content across formats: blogs, press releases, social media, product pages, case studies, emails, and video scripts.
• Optimizing our website content for SEO.
• Own and manage the content calendar: plan, coordinate, and track content across channels.
• Collaborate on messaging that resonates with hospitality leaders and architects.

Social & communications

• Manage our organic social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, potentially Pinterest, and TikTok). Track engagement metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
• Monitor industry trends, media outlets, and newsletters to stay ahead of relevant conversations.
• Assist with media outreach: build media lists, pitch story ideas, and support PR efforts as we scale them.

Campaigns & growth

• Help plan and execute multi-channel campaigns—email, social, events, referral programs—tailored to key customer segments.
